MTV Sports: Extreme is an unreleased Sega Mega Drive game based on the television show MTV Sports. It was announced by Viacom New Media (Viacom also co-distributing the TV show at the time) at Summer CES 1994, but was cancelled for unknown reasons.
Only one (blurry) screenshot is thought to have been released publicly, which seems to depict a Snocross race from an isometric perspective.
