Mikio Kume (久米 三喜夫) is a former programmer at Sega, known to have worked on the Sakura Taisen and Sonic the Hedgehog franchises. They have since left Sega to work for Arzest on games such as Wii Play: Motion and Yoshi's New Island, being reunited with Sega via Arzest's work on Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.
