F1 World Grand Prix II (F1 ワールド グランプリ II) is, as the name suggests, a sequel to F1 World Grand Prix. It was released for the Sega Dreamcast in 2000. It was not released in the US. As with the first game, the Japanese release called it F1 World Grand Prix II for Dreamcast to differentiate it from other ports.
