Pump It Up is an unlicensed Sega Mega Drive dance simulator published by Mega Game in South Korea, sold as a bundle with branded TV Pump console, but it was possible to buy cartridge separately. It was based on real Pump It Up video game. To run the game, player needs to connect a regular dance mat to the console.

No ROM has been dumped thus far. It's one of the two dance simulator for 16-bit Sega, other one is Dance 2000, which ROM also hasn't been dumped.
