Takazumi Tomoike (麻生 宏) is a Japanese businessman and former Sega R&D 1 game designer. He designed Quartet, SDI and Galaxy Force for Sega before joining Koei in 1988[1]. He became producer of the Dynasty Warriors series from the second installment up to the fifth. His last known work is the 2008 Nintendo DS game Prey the Stars.
