Ninja Forest | |
A platforming style level. Alex can defend himself from the ninjas by throwing ninja stars but any hit will knock him down and end the game. Also, stay clear from the water. Don't bother picking up gold pieces. They are useless.
Village | |
Don't bother purchasing anything as none of the items in this part of the game will help you getting through the checkpoint. Only clue you will ever get will be given by the fortune teller if you pay 100 gold and pick the "Wind" option: "Believe in the gods, and they will show the correct path." Go to the shrine right next to him (with read entrance) move to the altar. Pray 100 times. God will appear and give you the travel pass. Go all the way to the right and talk to the border guard. He will let you pass.
Path to the High-Tech World
Another platforming level. This time, in addition to the ninjas, you will have to face snakes and flying squirrels. |
Things to avoid
Castle
- Do not enter Alex's parents' room again after getting the real map piece. Alex's mother will get angry and send Alex to his room.
- In the fourth floor, do not go down from the ladder in the rightmost part. It is broken.
- Do not touch the burnt map piece given to you by James before finding Rockwell.
- Do not wear the suit of armor you will find in the second floor.
- Do not use the computer you will find on the second floor.
Village
- Do not take the pistol you will find in one of the stores. Checkpoint guard will arrest you after frisking you for contraband.
- Do not eat more than 3 hotdogs from the vendor. Alex will go down with a stomach ache.
- Do not bother the guard in the middle of the village. He will arrest if you keep talking to him.
- Do not waste time trying to forge a travel pass. (Purchase "How to Print Transit Passes from the Bookstore for 200GP, then purchase "Printing Press" from the Antiques for 100GP. Then go to the small building right of the Hotdog vendor. A guy with Italian accent will forge a pass for you for 50GP.) Guard will notice and then arrest you.
