Mahjong Taikai II Special (麻雀大会II Special) is a game by Koei for several platforms, including the Sega Saturn (1996) and Sega Dreamcast (1999). In it, you can play mahjong against various historical figures, such as Napoleon and Cleopatra (and some non-historical ones of legendary folklore, such as Sinbad).
