Dragon Ball Z Idainaru Dragon Ball Densetsu (ドラゴンボールZ 偉大なるドラゴンボール伝説) is a Sega Saturn 3D fighting game based on the Dragon Ball Z series.
History
It is a sequel to PC Engine game Dragon Ball Z Idainaru Songoku Densetsu and a peculiar entry in the Saturn's library.
It was released in Japan, France, Spain and Portugal, but not the rest of Europe and not North America. This is not the first time this has happened to a Dragon Ball Z game either - Dragon Ball Z: Buyuu Retsuden on the Sega Mega Drive was also released in France, Spain and Portugal, but skipped the rest of Europe. While in France the Japanese name of the game was not localised at all, in Spain and Portugal this Saturn game is known as Dragon Ball Z: The Legend . The European versions feature the game translated to French language and differ in the instruction booklet language — French in the French version, Spanish and Portuguese in The Legend version.
