Dreamcast Partners was a Japanese Sega membership service and successor to Sega Partners. It began around the launch of the Sega Dreamcast in Japan in November 1998.
Members of Dreamcast Partners had access to exclusive Sega and Dreamcast content, such as the Dreamcast Express demo disc series, for a fee.
