History of Sega marketing campaigns in United Kingdom

RE: I don't know what I'm doing:
France.
It's really difficult to make a page if you don't know what the campaign is actually called -Black Squirrel (talk) 13:49, 28 December 2017 (CST)
- I think that the actual ads said "Sois sympa, branche-moi sur une SEGA !" (Be nice, plug me into a Sega).--Pirate Dragon (talk) 15:02, 28 December 2017 (CST)
- I think you are right ... i just, translated that slogan in red, in that magazine...--Asagoth (talk) 15:09, 28 December 2017 (CST)
- Brain freeze - I had it in my head that we'd need a title that could accommodate the UK, France, Germany and Spain's respective campaigns... but then I realised we never bothered for The Lion King or anything similar, so might as well fall back to the English one.
- That being said, details are hard to come by for non-UK markets and translations are needed -Black Squirrel (talk) 15:39, 28 December 2017 (CST)

Sega's (UK) Dirty Ads ...
Just a doubt... where should these go? (that one plus fifteen...)...--Asagoth (talk) 16:40, 25 November 2020 (EST)
- They're from Viz, if that's any help.--Pirate Dragon (talk) 16:59, 26 November 2020 (EST)
- Thanks... I'll put them here for now ...--Asagoth (talk) 17:20, 26 November 2020 (EST)
- Viz print advertisements
- My fault, they were a bit hidden -Black Squirrel (talk) 05:59, 27 November 2020 (EST)

The order of things...
So it's basically this ... '"Do me a favor plug me into a Sega", followed by "To be this good take ages" (all the ads with the slogan but without famous actors), the "Jimmy campaign" (which starts with "Cyber Razor Cut", basically an improvement of the "To be this good takes ages" campaign, with the inclusion of actors Peter Wingfield and Steven O'Donnell and Jimmy's sidekick, the Ninja kid...) and finally "Sega TV"... yep that's what we'll have to do...--Asagoth (talk) 23:39, 28 November 2020 (EST)
