X-Tra Help
Get on the high score table (which can be done as easily as killing the first enemy and then repeatedly running to the left to die and cause a game over) and enter your name as "HELLO MURRAY ". This will enable an "X-Tra Help" menu, which can be used to select a level or view the cutscenes ("Cameos") in order.
It is not known who "Murray" is.
