PGA Tour Golf II (Catalyst)

Rating

This is the only HeartBeat game that didn't receive a content rating. The rest of their games are GA, the original PGA Tour Golf II is GA, and it's a golf game. So we can assume it's GA. But it's not on the box. Is there anywhere else it might be listed? Would Sega of America even allow that? And is there a possibility this (last?) release of theirs was actually unlicensed? I wouldn't image so... did SoA keep an internal list of the game ratings they gave?

Polar Technology

Was Polar Technology the publisher? Distributor? Manufacturer? I don't know. I don't think they're attached to any of the previous releases... this needs some research, it might help put together other pieces of this puzzle.
