PGA Tour Golf II is a Sega Mega Drive fitness golf game developed and published by HeartBeat Corporation. A port of the 1992 Polygames title PGA Tour Golf II specifically designed to utilize the fitness sensor-integrated Mega Drive peripheral HeartBeat Catalyst, it was released exclusively in the United States in 1995 in an extremely-limited run, and is one of the single-rarest commercially-available Sega Genesis games in existence.
During a Portland Retro Gaming Expo sometime in the mid-2010s, a private collector in possession of PGA Tour Golf II (the YouTube user Vidja Gamer) met with game preservationist Frank Cifaldi to finally dump the game's ROM. Although reportedly dumped, the ROM has not yet been released to the public.
