Takenobu Mitsuyoshi

From Sega Retro

To do

  • Something About Mitsuyoshi x Koshiro. Friendship, collaborations, etc (this article is a good source). Also not for this article, but something about how Koshiro came up to Suzuki with his Space Harrier doujinshi and Suzuki was like super open and cool.
  • Get an Interview page up for this interview. And uh- its a double interview... I'm sure we've done that before, right? Hm, might have to ask the admin guys how to handle an Interview page that covers two people...
  • Uhh, second that for this interview. And now there's THREE people. Honk.
  • Something about his musical legacy, one of the strongest (if not THE strongest) of- like literally all Sega music. Obviously overselling it, but this is hugely important. And specifically "Daytoooooo-n-aaaaaa!" and "Game Over, yeahhhh!!". "Meme" is the most correct word but I don't know if that does it justice/is the best way to communicate it. "Trademark"/"Signature" singing style sounds better. Regardless, Mitsuyoshi's vocal style is so hugely important, literally the world over, and its become associated with like, Sega of Japan's pure passion and excitement for making fun games. And THIS is more for the Daytona article, but dang, what a lightning in a bottle soundtrack. So perfect, and so representative of SoJ.

Rさぶろう丸/R Saburoumaru?

Is he Rさぶろう丸/R Saburoumaru? Google shows me results purpoting to connect the two but I'd like to see something authoritative. Google also tells me R三郎丸 is a kanji form of the above, which was taken from Rent a Hero - Andlabs 19:20, 14 August 2012 (CDT)
