Car Licence (カーライセンス) is a Sega Game Gear traffic code education program developed by System Vision[1] and For You[1], and published by Nayuta. Produced to assist users in passing their Japanese driving exam, it was released exclusively in Japan in 1995.

Gameplay
Car Licence features a total of 600 questions related to traffic code and proper driving techniques. The number of questions, as well as the exam time allotted, can be adjusted by users.
Test Simulation
The primary content of Car Licence is the Test Simulation, a recreation of a standard Japanese driving exam. As well as taking a standard exam, users can study the exam at their own leisure, edit the number of questions and topics, and set a time limit similar to that imposed during the actual test.
Sign Test
Sign Test allows users to study and quiz themselves on Japan's road traffic signage, with images of each type of sign and descriptions of their meaning.
Brocked Street
Alongside the study program is an included minigame, Brocket Street. Players control a flashing traffic light at the bottom of the screen, and are able to move the light left and right across either of the four lanes. Cars will travel down these lanes towards the bottom of the screen, and players are tasked with firing projectiles upward at the cars to push them backwards.[2]
