Kenji Tosaki (戸崎健司) is a former Japanese developer. During the 1990s at Sega, he was development manager of the second console design department, mainly in charge of game console controllers and input devices. For the Saturn, he managed the Virtua Gun and 3D Control Pad,[1] as well as its unreleased add-ons and the canned Virtua Visor head-mounted display.[2]
Tosaki was heavily involved with the Dreamcast hardware, leading industrial design of the console, its controller, and the Visual Memory Unit.[2] He is also credited with hardware support on numerous Sonic Team games, designing the Samba de Amigo Maracas Controller. He retired from Sega in 2001.
