Allow goaltending
On the "Tonight's Matchup" screen, press

Maximum power
On the "Tonight's Matchup" screen, press

Permanent three-point shot power-up
On the "Tonight's Matchup" screen, press 
.
Permanent "dunk from anywhere" power-up
On the "Tonight's Matchup" screen, press then either , 
or .
Permanent whirlwind power-up
On the "Tonight's Matchup" screen, press 
then either , or . This will turn your player into a whirlwind and you'll be able to knock opponents over.
Show shot percentages
On the "Tonight's Matchup" screen, press (5) (5). Now when making shots, a number will appear on the side of the screen showing how likely it is to go in.
Unlock extra teams
On the title screen, press . If successful, nine more teams will be selectable at the bottom of the list.
