Kenji Mizumoto (水本 憲治) was a game designer at Sega best known for Action Fighter and Super Hang-On, with his later game productions unknown. He was also one of the original creators involved with the AS-1 and wrote its operation manual, which served as the blueprint for all later Joypolis operation manuals.[2]
By the mid-2000's he had instead become more of a technical manager with Sega.
