Kyosei Yukimoto (雪本 恭生) is a former programmer at Sega, who left to continue working with Tetsuya Mizuguchi and other previous United Game Artists developers at Q Entertainment, where he worked on Meteos. He left Sega in 2005, before the release of his final Sega game Phantasy Star Universe, which is most likely why he is uncredited.
He has worked at Grounding as a lead programmer since 2007, briefly working at Visualizer in 2016 before returning to Grounding in 2017.[1]
