During gameplay, hold  MODE  while accessing the "Save" screen to access an area select. Press ( or in the NTSC-J version of the game) to warp to the chosen area.

To view all the dialogue in the game, hold + (using or to cancel any menus that appear), walk up to an NPC and press to talk. The game will then print every line of dialogue, in order. This does not appear to work in the NTSC-J version of the game.
