Clean pause

When paused, hold ++ to hide the pause menu.

Zoom option

After completing the single-player game at least once, a "Zoom" setting is added to the options menu. It has two values: 75% (for a fixed perspective, which disables zooming) or 100% (the default behavior; the camera zooms in or out depending on the distance between the fighters).
