Joseph "Joe" Robbins was the first chairman of Sega Enterprises USA. He is credited for securing the license for Pac-Man for Atari (leading to the infamrous Atari 2600 port) and for co-founding Kitco, which would become Sun Corporation of America (selling games under the Sunsoft brand).
His son, Richard Robbins also worked for Sega for a while.
