This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

CD-ROM Multi Seminar Onsei Kaiseki Hakei Hyōji Cartridge (CD-ROM マルチセミナー 音声解析・波形表示カートリッジ), which translates to English as CD-ROM Multi Seminar Voice Analysis and Waveform Display Cartridge is a very rare Sega Mega Drive cartridge for use with the Japanese Linguaphone Education Gear.

The cartridge is unusual in having two A/V inputs on the left hand side. The actual cartridge shell is the same as the one used for the Mega Drive version of Virtua Racing, which is another cartridge with unique hardware, in that case containing the SVP chip.

Whilst the exact nature of the software is unknown, it could be surmised from the title of the software, and the two A/V inputs on the cartridge that the software could compare the voice of a language learner by way of a microphone input, to samples playing on the Linguaphone Education Gear's CD-ROM drive and output to the cartridge via the Education Gear's line out socket. This could presumably be displayed as a waveform.
