Masaru Nakamura (中村 卓) is a former programmer at Sega of Japan. He originally worked on games for the Game Gear, then Master System, back to Game Gear. He was moved to Sega Saturn development beginning with Sakura Taisen, and continued working with AM2 on their Saturn fighting games.[1] Fighting Vipers saw him for the first time working with Arata Hanashima, who joined Sega the same year he did.[1]
