Very few Sega Mega Drive games fell under Sega's idea of "adventure," all of which were Japan-exclusive: Psy-O-Blade, Star Cruiser, Battle Golfer Yui, Fushigi no Umi no Nadia, Jantei Monogatari, the Phantasy Star II text adventures, Kidou Keisatsu Patlabor: 98-Shiki Kidou Seyo!, and Yuu Yuu Hakusho Gaiden. Given these, it is likely that Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures also fits, though there is no known concrete evidence.
