Tomomasa Chin (陳 智政) is a game designer at Sega of Japan. He joined Sega in 2005 and his first role was to be a map designer for Valkyria Chronicles, followed by lead map design for Valkyria Chronicles II. He then became the lead game designer for Rise of Nightmares and Phantasy Star Online 2 es, finally becoming the director of Idola: Phantasy Star Saga[2].
