Hirofumi Miyauchi (宮内 博文) is an electrical designer at Sega. While in high school and university, he was obsessed with After Burner and Rad Mobile, and was lucky enough to meet the electrical desinger who worked on these games[2] (this could be Masaki Matsuno).
