Hyper Lord Monarch (ハイパーロードモナーク) is an unreleased Sega Mega-CD RPG. It was announced by Sega Falcom[1] but was cancelled for unknown reasons. While this has never been confirmed, this game may have turned out into the Mega Drive game Lord Monarch: Tokoton Sentou Densetsu.
