Katsuhito Goto (後藤 功士) is a planner and scriptwriter at Sega who became a developer on the Sakura Taisen franchise directly after joining the company in 1996, being involved with most entries between Sakura Taisen 2 to Sakura Taisen V. He aims to achieve entertainment through video games in unusual ways, as seen in Nou ni Kaikan Aha Taiken!, which he directed.[1]
