Kimiharu Hida (飛弾 公栄) joined Sega AM3 and was a game designer on Hard Dunk, but was not credited for this again as his long-term job was unusual and not directly involved with game development. He was a "System Manager" or "Equipment Manager", a role that involved communicating with arcade owners to set up location tests, supervising changes to his department/company's layout, managing the renting and borrowing of equipment used during development, etc. This job is apparently referenced in Segagaga[1].
