Roger Clemens' MVP Baseball is a baseball game for the Sega Mega Drive. It was only released in North America. The game features an endorsement from Roger Clemens, who was pitching for the Boston Red Sox at the time.

Gameplay
The game is a baseball simulation. All 26 teams from the 1991 MLB season are represented, along with their players, but because the game lacks a license, all of the team names are fictional and only Roger Clemmons appears under his real name. The game alternates between a view from behind the catcher for pitching and hitting and a view from the field looking toward home plate for fielding.
There are two modes: an exhibition mode for a single games and a regular season mode consisting of a series of games. The exhibition mode can be played by one player against the computer or by two players against each other. Each player must choose a different team. The regular season mode is for one player against computer teams and uses a password system for continuing. The player selects a team and plays three games against every other team in the same division (so 33 games for National Division teams and 39 games for American Division games). If the player succeeds, the season ends with a best-of-seven playoff series.
Before a game, each player chooses a starting pitcher and orders the batting line-up. In the regular season mode, starting pitchers must have three days of rest between starts. In the options, players can toggle music, toggle errors (whether fielders occasionally drop the ball by accident to be more realistic), or change the directional controls for bases ("standard" to always have home plate mapped to or "view dependent" to rotate the controls with home at when the view changes for fielding).
Teams
Roger Clemens' MVP Baseball uses fictional teams named after American cities, loosely based on their real-life counterparts.
