Masaru Takano (高野 豪氏) is a Japanese designer. He joined Sega in January 1994, carrying out design work for AM3 and Hitmaker titles thereafter, including the TT course for Manx TT Superbike with Takeo Iwase.[2] He transitioned into becoming a technical lead for the department[1]. He left in February 2010, and has since joined Capcom.[1]
