Masataka Aochi (青地 正高) is a Japanese video game graphic designer and art director. He worked on various games at Sega AM2, likely doing effects work for several games like Burning Rival, F1 Super Lap and Virtua Cop 2, before becoming the character designer and art director of Virtua Fighter Kids. He left Sega to join Lightweight and design characters for the Bushido Blade series, before rejoining several other members of AM2 at the company Riz, going on to develop Sagashi ni Ikou yo, Virtua Cop: Elite Edition, Go Vacation and Tactics Ogre: Reborn.
