Naohide Shiga (志賀 直秀) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. He joined Sega in 2005 and was assigned to Global Entertainment R&D Dept. 3 as a client programmer, which he has continued to do for the Phantasy Star franchise since, mainly working on its graphics and character creation systems[1].
