Shinichiro Okumoto (奥本 信一郎) is a game designer, planner and directed at Sega. His proficiency in Chinese has helped with communications between Sega of Japan and Sega of China.
He is a member of Sega's windsurfing club and placed 2nd in the Lake Inawashiro Crossing Challenge in 2012[4].
