Shuhei Hashigami (橋上 秀平) is a programmer at Sega of Japan. He was first involved with arcade games like StarHorse Progress Returns and Galileo Factory (possibly Galileo Factory 3: Planet Zero based on a 2012 patent related to Galileo Factory) but in 2016 began programming the mobile game Chain Chronicle.
