Sega sponsored a charity event by KIIS-FM at the Irvine Meadows Amphitheater in California.
Rock in Wien 1993 (Vienna, Austria)
Sega sponsored the Rock in Wien 1993[1][2][3] rock festival (Rock in Vienna 1993, part of the annual "Rock am Ring" and "Rock im Park" rock festivals founded by German-Jewish concert promoter Marek Lieberberg and held in Germany and Austria since 1985) a.k.a. "Rock auf der Insel" ("Rock on the Island", since Leopoldstadt, the 2nd district of Vienna, together with Brigittenau, the 20th district, forms a large island (Donauinsel[1]) surrounded by the "Danube Canal" and, to the north, the Danube) held from May 29 to May 30, 1993 in Vienna, Austria at the Ernst-Happel-Stadion[4] (formerly known as Praterstadion), a football stadium in Leopoldstadt, the 2nd district of Austria's capital.

1993 television coverage on German public service television channel 3sat special "X Large - Rock in Wien"[5], of Austrian youth and music show "X-Large" (1987-1995), featuring legendary co-host, German-Austrian TV presenter, writer and actress, Arabella Kiesbauer (Cosima Arabella-Asereba Kiesbauer), who was also a co-host, of the Sega European Championships 1993 final, held in Vienna in September of the same year.

Three events hosted by Capital Radio and sponsored by Sega (and Virtua Racing) took place in May 1994.
Lollapalooza 1995
Sega of America set up booths for the Lollapalooza concert tour in 1995[8]. The tour played 29 concerts across 25 US cities starting on July 4th; Sega let visitors play with "more than 15"[9] Sega Saturn kiosks for free.
Phoenix Festival 1997
Sega and the Sega Saturn sponsored the 4-day Pheonix Festival (held in Long Marston, Stratford-Upon-Avon in the United Kingdom) between the 17th and 20th July, 1997[10].
A selection of Sega Saturn consoles were available to play, alongside a Virtua Fighter 3 arcade cabinet hooked up to a "giant screen", with an event held for visitors to win Saturn consoles and other Sega-related prizes[11].
The Family Values Tour 1999
Sega and the Sega Dreamcast sponsored the 1999 Family Values Tour, taking their Sega Dreamcast Mobile Assault Tour to Family Values Tour venues across the United States[12].
The Ozzfest 2000
Sega and the Sega Dreamcast sponsored the fifth annual Ozzfest tour in the United States[13]. Ozzfest 2000 toured across 28 US cities between 2nd July and 3rd September, 2000. Every night, one person from the crowd was chosen to compete against a musican at Ultimate Fighting Championship, winning a Dreamcast autographed by Ozzy Osbourne. Also featured were the "Sega Dreamcast Championships", where people could compete in Crazy Taxi, attempting to get a top score and win $15,000[13].
