Takahiro Kakizawa (柿沢 高弘) is a Japanese video game developer. After working as a programmer on Namco's early Ridge Racer games[2], he joined Sega to program games under AM Annex, quickly becoming a director for games like Star Wars Trilogy Arcade and Cardcaptor Sakura: Tomoyo no Video Daisakusen. His final known work as Sega director is Sega Race TV.

He returned to Bandai Namco Entertainment to help out with some of the company's arcade racing games like Wangan Midnight: Maximum Tune 4 and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, before becoming the development producer of THE IDOLM@STER MILLION LIVE![3][4]
