Level select

Hold ++ when booting up the console, and when "Press Start" appears on the title screen, hold  START  as well. When the difficulty selection screen appears, let go of the buttons, select a difficulty and character, and then walk to the right.

You will come across a wall with eight identical panels, each representing a level in the game. Crouch next to the corresponding panel and press to warp to that level.

If a second control pad is inserted, this cheat will not work.
