Level select
Pause the game and press 
(ACRAB). Press 
and 
to select a level, and press START to go to it. Pressing (RUBADUBDUB) will also bring up the level select as well as enabling infinite lives, energy and shurikens.
Additionally, once the level select has been accessed once, the player can return to it by simply pausing and pressing ++.
