Bakuon Kai 8 is a one-off 20 track demo cartridge remixing both Yuzo Koshiro's Streets of Rage 2 & 3 and Masahiro Yuge's Slap Fight. It was produced by chiptune artist MtChocolate as a gift for collaborator wingstars555 shortly after the conclusion of their January 2015 set at the FM音源 Bakuon Kai/Sound Explosion Party event at Shidax Village in Shibuya, Tokyo. After hints she might also release a commercial version, a zipped ROM bundle including box and cartridge artwork was released on their website soon afterwards.[1]
