The Astro City Mini V (アストロシティミニ V) is a miniature Astro City cabinet containing 22 built-in arcade games from the 1980s and early 1990s. It is a "successor" of sorts to the Astro City Mini, however, contains games that use a vertical screen orientation (hence the "V").

While the unit was produced by Sega, many of the included games were developed by third-parties, often for non-Sega platforms, such as Eighting (Raizing), Hamster (Nihon Bussan, Video System), City Connection (Psikyo), Seibu Kaihatsu, and Tatsujin (Toaplan).

An additional game, Super Zaxxon, was included exclusively in the western Limited Run Games variant of the system. This version was limited to 6 000 units.
