Isao Okawa was born in Osaka, Japan In 1926. As a young adult he studied at Waseda University in Tokyo. After graduating from Waseda he formed his own Computer Service Company, which later became known as CSK Holdings Corporation. In 1984, the multibillion dollar Japanese conglomerate CSK bought Sega, renamed it to Sega Enterprises Ltd., headquartered it in Japan. two years later, shares of its stock were being traded on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. And He's friend David Rosen was shunted down into the position of 4th President. the chairman of CSK, became 3rd President of Sega. In 1999, Hayao Nakayama was left Sega. he was became Assistant president of Sega. In 2000, Shoichiro Irimajiri was left Sega. became president of Sega. But In 2001, Okawa died at Tokyo University Hospital. He was pronounced dead at 3.47pm on the 16th March 2001, and his cause of death was heart failure. Okawa was aged 74. after which President of Hitmaker Hisao Oguchi became President of Sega.
