This teeny-tiny article needs some work. You can help us by expanding it.

Air Rescue for the Sega Master System is a 2D version of Air Rescue. It is similar to Choplifter. Players command a military helicopter for rescue operations which is sent around the world to assist rescuing the civilians and suppressing the armed threats.

Gameplay

Similar to Choplifter, players are required to rescue a set amount of people and bring them back to the helipad for the missions to end. Unlike Choplifter, in which helicopter must land to rescue prisoners, in Air Rescue, 2 can be used to lower helicopter's ladder to pick them up. Helicopter is also armed for self defense: 4 different weapons can be changed between in helipads, and fired with 1.

Helicopter itself (which looks like a S-70) is lightly armored and one shot is enough to bring it down. After all lives are lost game ends and continue screen shows up.
