OPeNBooK Co., Ltd (オープンブック) was a Japanese video game developer founded by Yutaka "Yoot" Saito in 1993. It is known primarily for its SimCity-inspired simulation game The Tower (also known as SimTower). It merged with 9003 to form OPeNBooK9003 in 1996.
OPeNBooK's employees would later break away from the merger before being absorbed by Yoot Saito's second company, Vivarium.
