Super Real Mahjong P7 (スーパーリアル麻雀P7) is a 1997 arcade mahjong game in Seta's Super Real Mahjong series ported to the Sega Saturn the following year. The port appears to have been significantly toned down from previous ports, earning an "18 and up" rating from Sega of Japan's classification system instead of the usual "X" rating (or it may be that Sega became more lenient; what happened is unknown).
