Climax Entertainment is a Japanese multimedia development studio and publishing house, based on Tokyo. It was founded in in April 1990 and primarily developed games for the Mega Drive, also working in the two first Shining Force titles. During the 32-bit era, some members of the team left to create Matrix Software. In addition to videogames, the company also creates television and radio programs.
