Metro3D, Inc. was an American video game developer and publisher based in San Jose, California.[1] Originally founded in 1994 as Metropolis Digital, Inc.[1], it rebranded to its current name in 1998[1], and later opened a European publishing branch by the name Metro3D Europe, Ltd..[2]

When the company went bankrupt in 2004[2], it sold the European branch to Green Solutions, Ltd., which rebranded it as the former parent company Metro3D, Inc.[2] and published games for numerous platforms. In 2007, the branch was rebranded again to Popcorn Arcade[2], a Nintendo Wii-dedicated publishing sublabel of British game developer Data Design Interactive[2].
