Metro3D, Inc. was an American video game developer and publisher based in San Jose, California. Originally founded in 1994 as Metropolis Digital, Inc., it rebranded to its current name in 1998, and later opened a European publishing branch by the name Metro3D Europe, Ltd..
When the company went bankrupt in 2004, it sold the European branch to Green Solutions, Ltd., which rebranded it as the former parent company Metro3D, Inc. and published games for numerous platforms.
