(basic content. I'm sure this is more normal in Japan, but why Mitsubishi Chemical and not Mitsubishi Motors? Did Chemical just have the right contacts, pulled the right strings, and that's just how it happened? There's a lot to this game and it's pretty fascinating.)

Car Licence (カーライセンス) is a Sega Game Gear traffic code educational program developed by System Vision and For You, and published by Nayuta. Produced to assist users in passing their Japanese driving exam, it was released exclusively in Japan in 1995.

Program

Car Licence features a total of 600 questions related to traffic code and proper driving techniques. The number of questions, as well as the exam time allotted, can be adjusted by users.

Development

The software was specifically produced for Japanese driving schools by Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation.
